How do I build round shape shoulders

To build round shape shoulders you would need to target all the anterior, lateral and posterior part of the shoulder with equal intensity.

Impressive shoulder can be build at home with just a pair of dumbbells if the person is consistent and have a solid nutrition plan to allow maximum growth.

Here is how my shoulders look these days

And here is how they looked 3–4 months back when I was injured

So, the reason for fast development of my shoulders is mainly muscle memory. When I started performing daily home workouts my delts responded fairly quickly.

Here are some of the exercises I did to traget shoulders.

  1. Standing Single arm dumbbell press - This was my main exercise for targeting the front deltoid. I prefer the single arm standing dumbbell presses over the standard double arm variation because I feel it provides targeted work on single shoulder at a time and this exercise can be loaded with more weight when compared to the double arm variation.
  2. Arnold presses - My next go to exercise for the shoulders was the Arnold press. The Arnold press works all the front, lateral and rear part of the deltoid, with prime focus on the front and the lateral part.
  3. Dumbbell lateral raises - This exercise mainly works the lateral part of the deltoid and and when performed correctly can boost the appearance of side deltoid significantly. Most people do this exercise but incorrectly they don't focus on the negative part of the movement and lets the gravity do all the work which reduces the muscle activation and muscle growth.
  4. Bent over reverse dumbbell flys - This was my main go to exercise for the rear deltoid, this exercise is performed with very light weights, when performed with a twisting motion the bent over reverse dumbbell flys increases the activation in the rear deltoid leading to a round shape looking deltoid muscle.

Here is a video of all the exercises I explained above. Remember guys right technique makes a lot of difference. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
